Art as a final product is NOT subjective. It is the person critiquing the image which is. Don't be disappointed if an image that you produce is not selected by a gallery, museum, magazine, paper or digital, the person assessing it might not have the skill set to differentiate low brow, boring, and high art. Or they might simply not share the same vision as you. Don't change what you do, your style, your sensibility because some person didn't choose your image. Stay true to yourself, your vision and one day your work will have the correct viewing platform in order for it to mature and prosper. Being an artist is not a race. Those that move too quickly may find themselves winning a hokum race or petering out in the stretch. They may be filled with false praise, and no one likes to be patronized.
