Walked around Princeton for an hour after I finished a lesson for a student of mine. It was an absolutely, beautifu day; sunny skies, temperture around 61 degrees. I have to say; I LOVE my FujiFilm x100s. It's not just its size, amazing sensor, beautiful rendition of Fuji color, or quietness. Its the 35mm perspective that I enjoy most. For the past 3 years I have been shooting a 50mm prime. It began to bore me. The color though, there is just something about the color. I'm known as a predominately B/W shooter. I believe this camera is going to change that. Its rich, vibrant, and falls closer towards the greens and blues than the oranges and reds. Its a Fuji trademark. Back in school, before the age of digital, I shot mostly B/W film, but when I shot color it was always Fuji. Never dug Kodak's orange and red sensibility.
All images below were shot in order.
Well, without further ado, here are the images I shot today.
